Michael C. Miller
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary
Michael C. Miller serves as our Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary. In this role, Mr. Miller oversees a consolidated legal, compliance, regulatory, information security, risk, and human resources function. He brings more than 20 years of legal and operational experience across U.S. publicly listed global and domestic companies, including Barnes & Noble Education, Monster.com, Motorola, and Symbol Technologies, as well as in private legal practice.
Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of the Holy Cross, a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and a Master of Business Administration from Long Island University—C.W. Post.
