Ethics Hotline

Sportradar places integrity, professionalism and honesty at the heart of all we do. To maintain the respect and trust of our clients, shareholders, partners and employees, and to continue to drive Sportradar’s success, it is vital that we conduct our business in a manner that reflects our high standards of ethics and integrity. This means more than simply complying with the spirit and the letter of applicable laws and regulations; it means leading by example in the way that we do business and in the way that we behave towards colleagues, candidates, clients, business partners and investors.

As part of ensuring that this philosophy is upheld, Sportradar has put in place an Ethics Hotline to allow its investors and other third parties to report serious concerns they may have faced in their business relationships with Sportradar, discreetly and confidentially, via a web reporting page.

The service is part of Sportradar’s commitment to good governance and should be used to report serious issues related to the company, its management, supervisors or employees. Reportable conduct includes, but is not limited to, intentional or negligent violations of applicable laws or regulations, Sportradar’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, or violations of contractual obligations by employees of Sportradar that are committed in connection with such employees’ duties with Sportradar.

Sportradar ensures that all complaints are taken seriously and are investigated thoroughly. The information will be processed in a fair, fast, confidential and protected process. Sportradar assures that all individuals, employed by the company or otherwise, will not be retaliated against for making a complaint.

NAVEX is a completely independent organization with impartial staff to handle these concerns. You can submit a report in total confidence, NAVEX will pass on the information to Sportradar's designated contacts without compromising you in any way.

A confidential report can be submitted using the link below:
