Biography

Charles J. Robel has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2021. Mr. Robel has served on the board of directors of GoDaddy, a domain name registrar and web hosting provider for consumers and small businesses, since 2008 and he is currently its Chairman and a member of its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Audit Committee. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Sumo Logic, a data analytics platform company, since 2018 and he is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. In addition, he has served on the board of directors of DataRobot, a machine learning platform company, since October 2020 where he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and as the Lead Director for AppDynamics, a software company, from April 2014 to March 2017. Mr. Robel also served as a member of the boards of directors and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Palo Alto Networks, Blue Coat, Borland, Adaptec, Jive Software, Model N and DemandTec. Mr. Robel graduated from Arizona State University in 1971 and was inducted into the WP Carey School of Business Hall of Fame at his alma mater in 2014. Mr. Robel began his career in 1974 at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. We believe Mr. Robel’s extensive knowledge in the technology industry, with both public and private companies, his financial expertise, and his service as a director at numerous companies, make him well qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors.
